The drive south
Gatwick is about 22 miles south of Tolworth, in West Sussex. Most routes head down through Epsom towards the M25 and then the M23. The drive usually takes 40 to 55 minutes. It's longer on Friday afternoons, at the start of the school holidays and whenever there's an incident on the M25.
Gatwick is busy with early holiday flights, so many of our Gatwick pickups are before dawn. We run 24 hours a day, but please book early-morning pickups at least the evening before.
North Terminal or South Terminal
Gatwick has two terminals, North and South, linked by a free shuttle train that runs every few minutes. Airlines are split between them, and it's not always obvious which one you need, so check your booking. If you do end up at the wrong one, the shuttle takes only a few minutes, but it's time you won't want to lose before a flight.
Gatwick or Heathrow?
If you live in the southern and eastern parts of our area, such as Epsom, Ewell, Stoneleigh or Worcester Park, Gatwick is often as quick to reach as Heathrow, and sometimes quicker. When you're comparing flights, it's worth looking at both airports.
When you land
Share your flight number when you book, and your driver will meet you in the arrivals area of the correct terminal with a name board, then walk with you to the car. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup to your actual landing time.
Charges at the terminal
Gatwick charges vehicles to drop passengers at the terminal forecourts. Ask us how this is handled in your fare when you get your quote.
