The West Coast Main Line
Euston is the London terminus of the West Coast Main Line. Avanti West Coast runs from here to Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, North Wales, the Lake District and Glasgow, and London Northwestern Railway serves Milton Keynes, Northampton and the West Midlands. For long journeys north, people usually travel with more luggage, and that's where a car to Euston comes in.
Crossing London to Euston
Euston is on the far side of central London from Tolworth, about 14 miles away. The drive usually takes 45 to 70 minutes. By train, you'd go into Waterloo and change to the Northern line, which is manageable with a backpack, but hard work with a family and suitcases.
Euston Road is one of the busiest roads in the capital, and traffic around the station is heaviest in the late afternoon and early evening. If you're catching an evening train, leave extra time.
Building work around the station
The area around Euston has been changing for several years because of major construction work, and some roads and set-down points have moved. Tell us where you'd like to be dropped, and allow a few extra minutes. Our drivers will get you as close to the entrance as the current layout allows. Arriving from the north
